This is a full day, in-depth, 8-hour course designed to meet the requirements of the National Utility Contractors Association for supervisors, foremen, estimators, and workers needs in excavation & trenching safety and the required OSHA standards. It covers an introduction to OSHA, a review of 29 CFR Part 1926, .650, .651, .652, .654, soil analysis procedures, sloping options and requirements, use of tabulated data and hazardous atmospheres. All attendees will receive a student manual including Subpart P, and a certification of completion for this course. A written exam is given at the end of the class. Comes with CEU’s.
