“My journey with safety and business continuity began in the early years of my career. When I was 25, my father was in a fatal construction accident that changed the trajectory of my mother’s life and mine. Reflecting, I sometimes wonder if the compliance and business continuity solutions we offer today at HB NEXT were available back then; perhaps the conditions that led to the accident may have been prevented.
As a serial entrepreneur, I started my first company at 19 and, many years later, launched my first successful technology company. The full circle moment for me happened when we developed and launched the proprietary SEQUENCE platform in 2005; I finally found a scalable way to digitize safety and business continuity. We continued to innovate, and today, our SEQUENCE XT platform enables companies to manage and mitigate OSHA, DOT, stormwater, and operational compliance.”
