Jason Hand
Jason, a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and graduate of Georgia College & State University, began with HB NEXT in 2007 and leads the Environmental Department. Jason brings 18+ years of environmental compliance expertise and industry knowledge to the HB NEXT suite of services.

Oversees all software related projects for clients and internal service needs with heavy focus on improving workflow design and market applicability. He adds a business development mindset to a traditional technical approach to create products that are both useful and user friendly.
Kevin Colton
After spending over 20 years in law enforcement, 10 of which were spent enforcing Advance Traffic Law for the State of Georgia, Kevin decided to bring his experience and talents to the transportation safety consulting field, joining HB NEXT in August 2019.
Kevin is a certified D.O.T. Inspector in North American Standards A&B, Hazardous Materials, Bulk Packaging and Cargo Tanks. Certified Flagger Instructor. Certified Instructor in CPR, First Aid and AED. He also worked as a Safety Manager for one of the top 125 trucking companies in the nation.
