Please read through the following requirements for the Path to Pro Boot Camp. Check each box to indicate that you understand and agree to all requirements.

- No previous construction experience is required.
- I understand that I must attend all 5 days of class in order to successfully complete the program.
- I understand that I must have a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet access, a webcam, and a microphone.
- No mobile devices, such as tablets or cell phones, can be used.
- I reside in the metro Atlanta area.
- I understand that a criminal background check and/or drug testing may be required of me.
- I have read, understood, and agree to all of the program requirements.
- I am at least 18 years of age or older.

- I possess a valid driver's license. (VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR ACCEPTANCE INTO THE PROGRAM)
