Drug Free Workplace | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM |
A “must attend” for all individuals involved with policy setting, this seminar discusses how to successfully implement a drug free workplace policy. It includes understanding the responsibilities of the employer and employee; understanding the ins/outs of drug testing; overview of both federal and state regulations including any questions you may have on Electronic CCF’s; the importance of maintaining confidentiality; and an overview of marijuana in the workplace. Certified drug free workplaces in Georgia receive a state-mandated 7.5% discount on workers’ compensation insurance premiums. Attendance at this seminar fulfills your annual 2-hour training requirement to maintain your current state certification.

What do you do when everything goes wrong? Do you know everything that must be done when an accident occurs within your company? When everything goes wrong, we need to make sure we are prepared and capable of handling any situation. This class will go through several scenarios and teach you proper emergency procedures, how to deal with any media coverage, how to notify OSHA, recordkeeping requirements and much more.
