Andrew N. Gross is the General Counsel of HB NEXT Corporation. Andrew earned his undergraduate degree at Kenyon College and has law degrees from New England Law School and Georgetown University. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Georgia, New York and the District of Columbia.

In addition to the traditional responsibilities of a corporate General Counsel, Andrew represents HB NEXT clients nationwide at all stages of OSHA inspections and citations, from post inspection investigation to informal conferences at OSHA area offices, through hearings, trials and appeals before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and the federal courts.
- Other Regulatory Agencies
HB NEXT clients are also represented in other regulatory agency matters, including PSC, MSHA, EPA and state environmental agencies from post regulatory inspection investigation, to agency settlement negotiations and dispute resolution.
Construction Contracts
Andrew advises HB NEXT clients on construction contracts and related issues, including contract drafting and revision.
