Audits & Inspections
Company Audit-Fleet / DOT
- Extensive 2–3-day inspection on record keeping by a company running under a DOT number
- Examine if all required fees are current and up to date for the company (such as MCS-150, UCR, GIMC, insurance and others)
- Review DQ files on drivers and determine what is missing
- Review the company maintenance program and paperwork keeping
- Can also be conducted for non-DOT companies
Mock Inspections
- Typically for field related vehicles and drivers
- Examine drivers while out in the field conducting their day-to-day operations
- Report findings as it was a regular traffic stop, showing what tickets could have been issued and the fines associated with
- Show the company how this would have impacted their CSA score and possibly their insurance
Mock Inspections - Traffic Control under MUTCD
- Typically for field inspections looking at Flagging operations
- Making sure work site is set accordingly by MUTCD standards
- Are Flaggers on site with proper credentials
Fleet Manual Review
